- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Telephone appointment service is attrotious! I have the occasional day off in the week to make a visit for a non urgent issue and you can't get through! Heaven help the poor person who's seriously ill. They've even taken away the self-service booking in! So everyone has to queue at reception.
